A basic characteristic of the Association “Basil the Great” is the organization of its missionary activity for the cultivation of its members and the evangelization of our society in separate areas of action according to the age and education of the persons addressed.
This idea was the natural consequence of the multifaceted missionary activity that the members of the Association had developed even before its foundation. However, this multilateral and systematic work was combined with its incorporation into a single Association, with the aim, on the one hand, of a holistic pastoral approach to man in all the successive phases of his life and in all sectors of society, and on the other hand, of saving the resources required for the administrative and material support of all this work.
